Hi, I have an issue with the contact form.

Compiling the email form with name@alice.it (it’s an Italian provider), appear an error like “maybe you mean name@live.it”.

The form correctly send the message but my client wouldn’t receive this error.

Can I fix it in some ways?

To address the issue, you can add alice.it to the email suggestion list on your form. You can do this by following our detailed guide here: https://wpforms.com/developers/how-to-add-domains-to-the-email-suggestion-list/.

In case it helps, here’s our tutorial with the most common ways to add custom code like in that guide.

For the most beginner-friendly option in that tutorial, I’d recommend using the WPCode plugin.
