Issue in Conditional Fields

I am facing a problem in Conditional Fields. If i show and hide Conditional field by using dropdown value then on from submit data submit wrong. Suppose a Branch dropdown have 2 options, Branch A and Branch B. If i choose Branch A then conditionally show its dropdown and if i choose Branch B then its should show its dropdown and both fields name is same “branch-value”. But conditionally the data submit blank for choosing Branch A Value. Only Data submit for Branch B Value.

Thanks for you support, but i have already used this method but for this method one issue is suppose i select Branch A option and choose any location from Branch A Location Dropdown and then change the option again select Branch B option and choose any location from Branch B Location Dropdown. So what value should be submit for Branch Location in Mail.
If am i right,
Ex: ———-(in mail body)
Branch: [select-branch]
Branch Location: [branch-a-locations][branch-b-locations]
Value is submitting for both locations in this case. Branch is a conditional field. Therefore when a particular Brach is selected the value of the that particular Branch will show on the form and hence only that value will be submitted in the email.
