Hi @altano ,
In order to solve your problem, you’ll need to check two stock options at Product data section. Please follow these steps and check with your product settings:
1. In Inventory, ENABLE the stock management at the product level. Set the stock quantity to 0. See http://prntscr.com/owl4ah. (1)
2. In Bundled Product, ENABLE the stock management at the bundle level. See http://prntscr.com/owl5m8. (2)
Now if you enable (2) and set a number in the stock quantity under Inventory, the quantity now will be the number of bundled products available for sale. For example, you set quantity as 2, even when there is an out-of-stock additional item, customers can still buy 2 bundles at maximum as you indicate that the each included item is not available for sale individually, you still have 2 products but they are intended for sale in the bundles only, right?
If you set the quantity in the Inventory to 0 and enable both (1) & (2), it doesn’t mean the whole bundle is out of stock; this allows the plugin to validate the quantity of a bundle based on the number of its additional items. When one item is out of stock, the whole bundle will be out of stock, too.
If you enable (1) and disable (2) then customers will still be able to add the whole bundle to cart and out-of-stock additional items will be simply removed, but the price will remain. So kindly follow our instructions closely.
Hope this helps you solve your problem. If you need further help, please contact us via this page.
Thank you for your support of our plugin. Regards.

Thanks a lot. Now it’s working.
Simple question…
If I enable 1 & 2 and there are available stocks, when the customer will purchase the bundle product, will the inventory of the included products also decrease after sale.
For instance, the bundle includes products A, B and C (one for each).
There are 10 items in inventory respectively for A, B and C.
If a client purchases 2 bundle products. Will the inventories for A, B and C decrease to 8?
Thanks.
Hi @altano ,
The answer is yes. Because when you enable stock management at the product level, the stock of individual products will be counted from the stock you set for each of them at the product settings. And when you enable the stock management at bundle level, the stock count of each item will also be taken into account. That’s why you need to configure the settings as I told so that your bundle can work properly 😀
