    Hi there,
    Let’s figure this out.
I’ll need a bit more information though.

    1) Are you using any Post Code validation extensions/plugins?

    2) Where are you seeing the validation fail? For instance is it when adding a shipping address or a billing address?

    3) Are you getting any error or failure messages? If so can you post them here please.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Sorry for late reply.

No postcode validation extentions or plugins

In the checkout page where a new user who does not have an address yet inputs a postcode/zip code and it will show an error message “Invalid Postcode / ZIP entered.” o matter what I put on it but when a new user goes to addresses in “My Account” and edits his billing and shipping address the postcode got saved and no error message but when the user tries to checkout it shows the error

    3) Are you getting any error or failure messages? If so can you post them here please.

The error is preventing customers to do checkouts

Any update on this? I have the same problem. Not all but some customers are not able to even get the shipping option because it states that the Zip code is invalid. I am not using any plugins besides woo commerce foe geolocation

    Hey there @archproject @avantilinens

Have you managed to solve this yet?

If you are not using any postcode or zipcode validation, this is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

Read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our Self-Service Guide.

For more detailed instructions about conflict testing, check out this – How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.

Please let us know how that goes.

    Thanks,
