Invalid nonce error

    Anyone who tries to submit the following form https://fireriskassessments.com/pre-assessment-questionnaire/ is getting an error when they try to complete and submit the form which says ‘Invalid nonce. Please refresh your screen and try again’.

    I have not run any updates on the plug-in recently and it was working fine until about 2 weeks ago. As a paying subscriber with a limited budget, I would very much like to resolve this error please.

    Hello!

    Do you have the latest version of the plugin? This issue should have been fixed in the latest release. Have in mind though that if the user leave the form open for hours and then the user tries to submit it this error might still occur because the security token used to confirm that the submission is valid would expire at that time.

    I have run the update (now on version 2.6.60) and still experiencing the same error. I have tried in both Chrome and Edge with the cache cleared.

    I am still getting the invalid nonce error even after updating the plug-in. Can anyone help with this please?
