Internal Access to Woo Commerce orders

    Tax Cloud,

    We have older users(Before the plugin was installed) that can edit a Woo Commerce order, but when we add new users(created after this plugin is installed). They’re being blocked by a modal screen with no dialog from this plugin.

    I had tracked it back to at least one CSS file that cased the modal to show.

    certificate-modal.min.css?ver=0c32 etc..etc.. If you highlight the certificate link in debug mode it shows its from [Wordpress Site] /plugins/simple-sales-tax/assets/css/ [NAME OF CSS FILE WITH VERSION NUMBER ]

    I’m not following the steps to reproduce this. Can you please be a little more specific? What is the exact action users are taking before the issue occurs and on what screen? Also, what versions of WooCommerce and Simple Sales Tax are you running?
