    Correction: Text should have been:
    “The display of CREATE NEW TICKET and Dashboard is larger than the site content.”

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay in reply here as we ware busy in new release.

    I hope this issue will be fixed by new version 9.0.2 as it outputs with shortcode.

    Please do let me know if still happening.

    Problem still there.
    The display of “Create new ticket” and “Dashboard” is larger than the site content.
    Display of “Ticket list” and “Agent settings” are OK.
    Refer to screen image in previous message.

    Hi Pradeep,

    I did an Inspect on these 2 tabs:
    – Ticket List (use class Container Fluid) is fine
    – Create Ticket (use class Container) is too large

    The Ticket List Container is 995 with padding of 30 on each side = 1025 which is fine.

    The Create Ticket Container is 1140 with padding of 15 on each side = 1170 which is too large, but there is a -145 margin on the right. That -145 should be substracted to the container.

    I believe you should use “container-fluid” class for all tabs. I did a test in editing the code in the browser and that did the job.

    This applies to these panel:
    – Create new ticket
    – Dashboard
    – Login
