    The first time I installed the plugin it did not create the 6 default pages, more like 4 (profile/registration/login). I also saw error messages that pages could not be child pages. I uninstalled the plugin, deleted the pages it created, then reinstalled the plugin. It created zero pages. I also have the give plugin and the woocommerce plugin. I read the docs about de-activating woo accounts and wordpress preventing people from creating accounts. I installed the plugin again, same issue, it did not create any pages.

    Hi @headly

    Have you tried uninstalling UM while the option “Remove Data on Uninstall?” is checked?
    Please see WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Misc > “Remove Data on Uninstall?” ?

    When unchecking it, and then try uninstalling the UM plugin from WP Admin > Plugins, it should delete all UM settings. Once you’ve uninstalled UM, it should generate the UM pages on a fresh installation of UM.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your suggestion but that did not work. My site has 16 pages without the plugin. I went to misc settings and checked the remove data on uninstall. I uninstall then reinstall the plugin. I still only have 16 pages. Is it possible I need to delete tables through the PhP MyAdmin interface?

    I also tried to delete the plugin and then I downloaded the zip file from the UltimateMember website. I uploaded the plugin and still only have 16 pages. It’s unfortunate there is no easier solution to resolving what should be a simple and a likely common problem.

    You can manually create those pages – please see this doc:

    We’ve created a feature request in our list regarding the regenerate Pages and this will be pushed on version 2.1.20.
