Installation problem

    When I try to do the isntallation from within WP, I get the following message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/content/s/m/c/smcdev/html/wp-content/plugins/content-grid/content-grid-admin.php on line 26

    Im running on WordPress 4.4 running Headway Base theme.
