Instagram and blocks not working

I am unable to embed Instagram post, using blocks. Get this error : “Convert to link”.
Running Twenty twenty theme, no jetpack. Is this a bug in core, my theme or some limitation on some instagram posts?

Trying to add https://www.instagram.com/p/CTgb_7_qmNZ/, which has both video and images.
