insert break into query loop

Hi,

I’m trying to insert an item (widget) into the middle of the query loop on page. eg 5 posts from the loop, then insert a widget, then the query loop continues from post 6. Is there anyway to pause/insert a break to do this?
I thought I might be able to do this on a pattern, put 2 query blocks with other code in between, but it repeats the same query twice.
