I didn’t find any similar reports nor was I able to reproduce the issue. One option you can try is navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe > Manage > Advance settings and disable the option highlighted below.

If that doesn’t work, then please attach your system status report so we can investigate this further.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

I’ve had a report of the same issue from a customer trying to use checkout, with the exact same presentation as you with the input fields . They were on Win10 or 11 on Chrome. On my MB Pro the issue is not present in Chrome or Safari. Please let us know if you find a solution.
