Infinite scroll image gallery

Hey there!
I want to create a custom page where I would be posting some of my pictures. It will all be infinite scrolling, image, caption and description. Other than this I want to be able to share the images to social networks.
So the permalink should always change once a new image comes into the view.
How would I do just that?
