This sounds like another plugin has a bug, so it’s messing with our plugin’s settings page.
The plugins we know which have this bug are:
– Open SEO Stats (Formerly: PageRank Status)
– Chrome Adblock Plus
– Chrome Vine
– optimizer.io
– RegistrationMagic
– Woo Order Note template
– FooEvents for WooCommerce
– wp 360 plugins
– Rainmaker – The Best Readymade WP Forms Plugin
Are you using any one of those? If so, could you please de-activate them (only temporarily) to see if that fixes the issue?
If it doesn’t, you could de-activate the other plugins you have and see which one is the culprit. Sorry for the hassle, but it’s not a fault of our plugin.

I’m having the same problem right after installing the plugin, when I go to the plugin panel from admin I get an infinite loading so I can not use it. I checked the plugins that can interrupt the service as you suggested @socialtech the only one I have is Chrome Adblock Plus which I have deactivated on my wp. The funny thing is that I have this plugin on the other 2 pages and it works correctly. I don’t know if maybe because the other 2 pages are in English and the one where it’s not working is in Spanish.
