Incorrect Theme in Mobile Browsers

I am running the WooCommerce Storefront theme on my site and am having trouble with the correct theme displaying on mobile devices. When accessing the site via mobile browser the standard WordPress.com mobile theme is displayed. Users are forced to select “view full site” in order to view the current Storefront theme.

I have all plugins, themes, and wordpress version updated to the latest version and have been unsuccessful finding a solution from the support pages. The instructions state that if you would like to disable mobile themes on your blog, go to Appearance → Mobile in the WP Admin dashboard and select “No” for “Enable mobile theme” option. However, I do not have ‘mobile’ as an available option under Appearance.

Please help me get the correct Storefront theme to display when visiting my site from a mobile device.
