Incorrect entity encoding

    It looks like the labels on custom form fields are not being correctly encoded to HTML entities. In the admin if you enter the ‘ (apostrophe) character it is encoded to ' in the admin and ' on the front end. This causes a javascript error in the admin when you click the apply link while editing a custom form field with that character in the label and I can see ' on the page when it should be interpreted as an entity. That javascript error makes it so you can’t edit the form field any more and it is stuck.

    We have released an updated version (3.12.23) in which this issue has been addressed. Kindly update the plugin to the latest version, clear the cache, and give it a try.
