Inconsistent functionality – Errors on my server

Hello,
Hope you can help or at least guide in the right direction. For some reason the plugin works for an AJAX call but then suddenly it stop to run correctly for the same element or another one. It’s just totally inconsistent in functionality, it works not but in a second nothing works, for no apparent reason.
Checking the server error logs, reveal some issues, but i’am not sure what it cause, as i don’t see anywhere within your code any forks:

Everything else works fine on this server, i used it for years now.
