Include in message

Hi,

I have a client site. They have this code in one form so the message will be sent to the right person depending on town. Is there a way to make the chosen city also show up in the message? Now if I add this code I only get the email chosen for that city. But some have several cities.

I would like it to show for example Lund – Bodil@pensionarskraft.nu in the message received from the form. Is that possible?
