inavlid api request

Hi i am getting an inavlid api request on subscribing an email to my landing page

i have now updated to the latest wordpress 4.8.1 and now it says leave first tab empty ?????

i don’t know why i am getting this error, with mail poet 2 it was not happening, and i am not sure how to fix this please help with steps on how to solve this
