    Bonjour,

    I have started a backup process but it is too long. I clicked on “arreter le processus” (stop the process) but it remains still in progress. How can i definetely kill it ?

    Please refresh the page, then navigate to Backup Migration plugin’s section Troubleshooting > Advanced Options > force stop the process https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    While on the page, please also click on the button:
    Share debug info with BackupBliss team

    Please paste the debug code in your reply so we can help you finish the migration.

    hello,

    thank you for your reply. Finally the backup process stopped 15 minutes after I sent my message. Consequently I mark the issue as resolved.
