    I’m trying to import a backup of a site to this my domain but it does not complete this import, I’ve waited more than two days and nothing.

    What is your PHP version?
    If your migration appears to be getting stuck, can you try to open another browser tab of your website and let us know what you find?

    Hi,

    5.2 is a bit outdated.
    Are you also using PHP 5.2 on your exported site?

    The PHP version of the exported site is 5.5. Can this influence import?
