Based on the error log, it looks like the issue is caused by some plugin on your website that is setting an invalid cookie. To troubleshoot this issue, could you please:
- Temporary deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and CusRev
- Clear cookies in your browser
- Try to import reviews again
