• This plugin appears to cause a 502 error response from CloudFront on the async-upload.php script when uploading images to the media library. The images get uploaded, but afterwards, the ajax request does not finish because of the 502 response, so you have to refresh the page in order to see the image. To replicate this, put your site behind CloudFront and try uploading an image. I am not sure why this error is occurring, but when I disabled this plugin, it went away.

What’s the underlying error on your server please? It’ll be in your server error log or PHP error log. The 502 is just a generic error code from Cloudfront.
