Image Hover Breaking

I’m not sure how else to describe this. I’ve had to disable image hover on our website because, as I add new boxes, something seems to randomly happen that causes the boxes to become absolutely massive and also eliminates the hover effect, placing the text that was present on the hover effect under the boxes. The boxes become huge both on the image hover plugin creation thing and wherever they are present on the website. On the website, they superimpose over any existing text or graphics, rendering the website completely unusable.
