Icon problem

    Hello,

    one problem gone, another one come: on the final contact page, something goes wrong with the icons. You can see it here: https://imgur.com/a/z3X4ZhT
    They are not loaded correctly (there seems to be a conflict with my theme, Avada, which also uses fontawesome icons) and they are in the wrong position. All except the mail icon. I checked the source code but I can’t spot any difference between them, so I don’t know why one of them is in the right position and the other ones are not. I wouldn’t even mind just erasing them (although having them is nicer, obviously). Any ideas about that?

    Hi.
    This must be a problem with the Theme CSS and the msf CSS, you can fix it modifing the CSS i guess.
    We use font awesome integrative, that might cause the conflict.

    Hey,

    so I found out how to get rid of the box and show the real icon (deactivating “integrate font awesome 4” in the theme options), but the icon is still not in place, and I’m not sure where to change this in the css.

    It’s weird that the envelope is in place but the pencil is not. I also tried the text-box-element and the numbers-element. Text-box-element has the icon in place, numbers-element does not. I also tried changing the height of the text-input in case there was some space missing for the icon, but it didn’t change anything. It’s bad because it makes the whole form twice as long as it would actually be.

    Any further help would be appreciated.

    Hi,
    i still thing this problem is based on CSS, did you load the latest update? There must still be a conflict with Aveda-Theme.
    Without any code examples i cannot go any further from this point because it works in our test realms.

    sorry I didn’t get back to this any earlier. We have finally launched our website now so I can give you the link to the page: https://www.automatenservice24.de/kaufberatung-kaffeevollautomaten/ The problem occurs on the last step of the Multi Step Form. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    i checked the link and the form.
    With firefox on a mac everything is fine, i can see the problem with Chrome. It must be a CSS-Issue. On our demo the problem does not occur with the same config.
    Check with the different OS and browsers and modify your CSS.
