Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Akismet, and clearing all cache data.
Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
Hi,
I had tried that before and as I mentioned when I deactivated Contact Form 7 plugin,
the problem cleared, and when I activated it back again, the problem returned back.
