https not forced on pages

It works on our home page. so if you go to http://www.domain.com or http://www.domain.com it will force you to https://www.domain.com. So that works. But if you go to http://www.domain.com/about-us it won’t force you back to https.

https://www.domain.com/about-us does load properly. But I’d like to force people to https if they go to the unsecured version.
