    Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with HTTPS on my WordPress site raiseyoursales.de, which is using LiteSpeed Cache and WPML.Problem Description:

    • When I open the website in incognito mode, I see an error message saying the site does not support a secure connection (HTTPS).
    • However, when I reload the page or visit it a second time, the issue disappears, and HTTPS works fine.
    • This seems to be related to caching, as it only happens on the first visit in incognito mode.

    My Setup:

    • WordPress with WPML (multiple languages)
    • LiteSpeed Cache Plugin
    • Let’s Encrypt SSL (valid certificate)
    • Website is properly configured to use HTTPS in WordPress settings

It looks like LiteSpeed is caching an HTTP version of the page, which gets served to the first-time visitor in incognito mode. How can I ensure that all users always receive the HTTPS version, even from cache?

Thanks in advance for any help!

and also please provide the report number

you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
