htaccess rewritten

    i am having an issue where if i make a change to htaccess and refresh website, the htaccess is back to default. I removed all plugins and retry and all is ok. Then i add Woo v 3.3.3 and problem reoccurs. I downgraded to 3.3.2 and no problems. I am seeing this on 2 websites. anyone else notice this?

    nevermind..i think i was adding it in the wrong place and everything inside the wordpress commented area gets updated.
