hrvatski special characters doesn’t work

Hi, great plugin!
I need to have Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 working with hrvatski. It doesn’t works if I use characters like ć, č, đ, š, ž in conditional fields.
I’ve read hrvatski has special charset like charset=ISO-8859-2 I think (not sure) instead unicode utf-8.
The question is: How could I change Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 charset to use these characters properly?
