Actual URL: http://www.example.com/features/gold-polishing/
But URL Automatically Generated Like this:www.example.com/features/gold-polishing/instagram.com/smartcitymadurai
How Social Network URL comes with Website URL. It Makes 404 Error. How to Fix this?

This is most often the case as another theme or plugin creates URLs which Google then finds, crawls, sees that nothing is on it, then throws out a 404 error.
To resolve the issue we suggest three actions:
