How to exclude?

We have a site we need to have exit notification for compliance reasons, but we also have a couple of links that we need to exclude from the exit notifications. I’ve read through the support for this plugin and I am aware of the CSS solution but desperately need someone to give me the step by step for this – we use Elementor Pro if that makes a difference. I just can’t seem to figure it out so am looking for some help.
