I think that the Track button you’re seeing might be coming from another plugin – not from WooCommerce core itself.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Could you also include a screenshot of the Track tab and where you’re seeing it in the users profiles?
