How to disable attachments

I do not get it. I have changed the language of WordPress to English and neither are the options of the attachments.

Thanks my friend but my problem is not find the section. The last screenshot I put before is from my WordPress. My problem is that the options marked with the red arrow on the first screenshot (of your link) do not exist in my installation as you can see in the second screenshot.

I also do not solve it by changing the language of WordPress from Spanish to English. If you look at my last capture you do not find the options of the attachments that I marked with the red arrows in the first screenshot.

Perfect, now yes. Sorry, I confused the two sections.

Although the option to attach in the post still appears, I imagine it will be a problem with the browser cache.
