Hovering over toggle button

    Hi,

    I love this plugin, that’s for sure. But I wonder about one little thing:
    Would it be possible to have a possibility to open the floating cart just by hovering over the toggle button instead of clicking on it?
    And then if you hover away, the floating cart would close itself again?

    Hi DV,

    Yes, it is possible to open the floating cart when hovering over the toggle button. BUT, closing it when hovering outside the cart drawer might frustrate the users.

    We can add an option to open the floating cart when hovering on the toggle button in upcoming versions.

    Let me know what do yo think about this.

    Hi,

    I’m glad that you appreciate my suggestion.
    I was thinking more like, to give the user the opportunity to get a quick (almost fluid) glance of his orders so far, just by hovering in and out . If he clicks on the cart he freezes it and can possibly complete his order and continue to checkout.
    Nevertheless I am already very happy with your acceptance to include a hovering-in option.

    Update: In v1.2.0 we added the option to open the cart when hovering on the cart trigger button https://prnt.sc/CJep1oryRChO.
