Hello @sebasweb,
The support forums mandate that all questions be submitted in English. Therefore, please either update your current post or create a new support topic in English. Furthermore, we need more details about the issue, including any errors or specific problems you’re encountering, so that we can provide the appropriate assistance.
Best Regards,

Moderator note: @k3llanved “The support forums mandate that all questions be submitted in English.” No, they do not. Browsers (at least Chrome and FF) have a “translate” menu item when the page is right clicked.
If your team decides not to respond to posts not in English, that’s up to you.
And, @sebasweb, please don’t offer to send or post logon credentials on these forums: https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines#the-bad-stuff
It is not OK to offer, enter, or send site credentials on these forums. Thanks for your cooperation.
I recently purchased a hosting plan from Hostinger for a client, but I’ve noticed that the plugin I usually rely on doesn’t work with this service. It’s unfortunate, as the plugin is extremely useful, and I’m unable to take advantage of it in this case.
Does anyone know the specific technical requirements for the plugin? I’d like to reach out to Hostinger’s support team to pinpoint the potential cause of the issue.
If testing is required, I’m happy to provide access. The site is hosted on a temporary domain, with no additional plugins installed, and only the WordPress core. It’s not in production yet.
As for the details, the plugin installs successfully but doesn’t load anything—it just displays a blank screen.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Hello @sebasweb ,
The plugin’s requirements can be found here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/sg-security/
For your convenience, I’ll paste them below:
- WordPress 4.7
- PHP 7.0
- Working .htaccess file
I would recommend ensuring that the WordPress core is up to date, properly installed (not missing any core files) and that the site uses a high enough PHP version. It’s also worth confirming that the .htaccess file contains the default WordPress directives:
https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/server/web-server/httpd/
In case everything seems fine, you can try checking the PHP error logs both in the site’s document root folder and in the wp-admin folder. Reinstalling the plugin might also prove helpful.
If the problem still persists, the most optimal way forward would be to contact Hostinger’s support team so that they too can take a look at the website.
