History import issue

    Hi,
    I updated woocommerce to the 4.1 version and now I have the notice inviting me to import my statistics history. When I try to do the import, it gets stuck on “initializing”.
    I tried :
    – to disable every plugin except for woocommerce
    – to use twenty nineteen default theme.
    – to go see woocommerce logs if there were any error

    Nothing did the tricks and I have nothing in the log except for the test.log file.

    My shop was in test mode so I tried to delete every test orders i’ve made and fake customer users i’ve created, hoping the notice would disappear but no luck either. Now i’m stuck with the notice trying to import orders and customers that does not exist anymore.

    What can I do now ?

    Hi there,

    Can you share a screenshot of the scheduled actions tab as found under WooCommerce > System Status > Scheduled Actions?

    Also, can you share a copy of your status report as found WooCommerce > System Status?

    Hi,

    About the scheduled actions I have 14 pages for 132 completed actions with no option to display all of them on one page so It will take too long to make a screenshot. Can I give you admin access so you can check directly ?
