I have the same question. I have tried
Use Show Again Tab? bot both Yes and No
but it does not seem to have any effect on the page. When you accept, the tab pops up. Both in Firefox desktop and in Mobile. And it stays there no matter what the user does.
Is there something else I should do? There is no “Position = None” or anything like that..

If you set NO for Use show again tab option, it will not show up. Please clear the site cache to reflect the changes.

I have also settings in General :
Reload after “scroll accept” event? No
Reload after Accept button click No
Reload after Reject button click No
Auto-hide(Accept) cookie bar after delay? No
Auto-hide cookie bar if the user scrolls ( Accept on Scroll )? No
But it does not go away when clicking Accept..
Oh this was useful. I resaved the settings and now it works. Is this perhaps related to other thing that saved settings are not shown on the plugin settings (e.g. when I set up texts, they are saved but they are not shown later when I return to settings page?)

Sounds like a server-level caching conflict.
