Hi Thorsten,
Can you verify that the DocCheck user is positively logged in?
You can do that by visiting the login page that was created, with the [dc-login] shortcode on it. If the user is correctly logged in, instead of the iframe, it should display a text telling the user that he’s already logged in.
Are you experiencing problems with any of the other shortcodes like [dc-hide-content] as well?
Did you try and disable all other plugins to check for compatibility issues between plugins?
Any additional information could be helpful for debugging this issue. Like the WordPress version you are currently using and if the error log shows any noticeable messages?

Hi Antwerpes,
at the moment even the redirect after login doesn’t work properly anymore. When logging in the login windows says I am already logged in but doesn’t redirect to my referenced main page.
I tested with all plugins disabled. I have no client secret yet though. Is this a major problem for the login?
Site runs on WP 4.9.8 and PHP 7.2

Thorsten
Hello Thorsten,
Yes, that actually is a problem. All the values in the settings need to be set correctly for the login to work properly. If you have debug mode enabled, make sure to fill the debug mode fields too.
For all things regarding getting a client secret you can contact industry[at]doccheck[dot]com.
Let us know if the issue is solved by adding the right client secret.

Yes, adding the client secret did all the magic.
Thanks,
Thorsten
