help with linking users with comments

how do i set up wordpress so that when you click on a user’s (commenter’s) name, it leads you to a list of that person’s previous comments?

i’ve been looking for a plug-in but i havent been able to find one. i’m open to all suggestions on how to set this up, and appreciate any help.
