    Hi, I’m not getting emails, even the test email does not work. Even it is not displayed in postman email log. Can you check on my site?

    Hey @snowdragon97 ,

    Are you using a third-party email sending service, like via an SMTP plugin? Are you able to check the logs in that plugin to see if the email is trying to send?

    This plugin is also a good way of troubleshooting email issues: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

    Does the site have any issues sending normal emails, like when a new user registers?
