Please also note that when Permalink Manager is enabled “Slug” field is used only to provide the new default URIs that could be manually changed in “Custom URI” field. It is also used in native URIs that are automatically redirected to custom URIs.

Your problem is that you should not have changed “Slug” field (post name) and keep it untouched.

For instance:
https://www.todopatuweb.net/news/aparecer-google-gratis-primero/
now indicates error 404 (and is not redirected to new Custom URI), because
https://www.todopatuweb.net/aparecer-google-gratis-primero/ works no longer as native permalink.

With old slug aparecer-google-gratis-primero
native permalink: https://www.todopatuweb.net/aparecer-google-gratis-primero/ and also https://www.todopatuweb.net/news/aparecer-google-gratis-primero/ are redirected automatically to custom permalink: https://www.todopatuweb.net/news/como-aparecer-o-salir-en-google-gratis-y-de-primero/

With new slug como-aparecer-o-salir-en-google-gratis-y-de-primero
1) native permalink: https://www.todopatuweb.net/como-aparecer-o-salir-en-google-gratis-y-de-primero/ are redirected automatically to custom permalink: https://www.todopatuweb.net/news/como-aparecer-o-salir-en-google-gratis-y-de-primero/

2) old native permalink: https://www.todopatuweb.net/aparecer-google-gratis-primero/ and also https://www.todopatuweb.net/news/aparecer-google-gratis-primero/ are no longer detected by WordPress, as the Slug was changed.

You should not have changed the slugs, because if Permalink Manger is enabled, the permalinks should be edited only via URI editor:

Alternatively, you could set-up additional redirects for old native permalinks:
https://www.todopatuweb.net/aparecer-google-gratis-primero/ and also https://www.todopatuweb.net/news/aparecer-google-gratis-primero/
