hebrew names not imported

    hey
    i have a list of mails and names from a different program, i downloaded it as CSV and fix it as you show in your examples – email, first name, lastname

    it imported all the mail lists but in the names i have only the one with english characters… the hebrew characters are not imported

    is there away to fix it?

    Make sure that your CSV file is properly UTF-8 encoded before importing it into MailPoet, that’s the cause.

    hey, it is on utf-8

    when im importing the demo list that you gave i see the 3 fields – email firstname lastname and they have all the information below.
    when im trying my file i see email firstname lastname fields and i have information only in the email field.
