Hi, I edited the template and it looks perfect in the preview. When I put the recipe on my post with elementor using shortcode [wprm-recipe id=****], everything looks great except the heading, ingredients and instructions text size is very small. Also, the dashed border goes away and there are 2 grey rectangles behind the prep and cook times.

I’ve tried changing my heading size through my theme and it didn’t change anything.
Post is not finished so it’s protected. PASSWORD: raising

Your theme seems to include some custom CSS to style the recipe template, so that’s messing with things.

Is this a theme that offers a WPRM integration or did anyone add this custom styling for you? You’d want to get rid of that CSS.

Thank you. It’s only been worked on by myself. I am very new to this and teaching myself so I wouldn’t know if it offers integration or how to remove any css but I will certainly try!

Try switching to a default theme (like Twenty Nineteen) for a second and see if it looks better then. That would indicate it’s your theme forcing that styling.

Thank you. It is my style forcing it. I’m using Ashe Pro theme. I’m not sure how to remedy it but will play around.

I would recommend checking with your theme support. It should be possible to disable that styling of our templates!

I will do that. Thanks so much for your time and quick responses!
