Header Issue Mobile Mode

    The header of the website on desktop is orange. On mobile it is dark gray (I like it), but when I scroll down and then go quickly up, is shows an orange empty line for about 6 seconds and after these seconds appears the dark gray header with the site name and the menu icon. Is there a way the dark gray header with the site title an menu icon to be fixed and to now move around, leaving empty orange line?
