Header and topbar missing

Hi there,

my header and top bar are missing from my pages. ive changed all the settings in the back office to display rather than default and its still not working

ive deactivated and reactivated plugins but it has no effect

the site is members only to view the menu bar section. please let me know what email address you need me to give you access
