Sorry, I can not ask my client to give me his login access to your private support forum. I can only tell him that it’s not possible with the GP theme.

There is nothing stopping you from asking your client to raise his own support topics if he has a current valid license.
For the anyone else reading this topic, this is most definitely possible with GP/GP Premium ( the latter requiring a legal valid license ).
I don’t want to bother my client about this because he is paying me for the task. If possible, please let me know by this email mdmostafizshamim@gmail.com

We cannot assist any user with premium related support that does not have a premium license. You would have to ask your client to raise the request.
