Having a problem with a script pulling in video

I am the admin for http://www.MikelBrown.com and i am using a remote host for this website. this is not the first time i have installed wp but it is the first time i have attempted to add flv video.

i am using a third party program called flv producer to add my video. i have uploaded all of the files to the root directory at this blog and tested the script on a html page away from this website (on another website) and everything is working properly.

however when i add the following script

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.mikelbrown.com/dm99.js"></script>

to a page in this blog i recieve a 403 error stating:

You are not authorized to view this page
You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.

Here is the wierd thing if i remove the script i can make changes to the page without error.

I have turned off the wysiwyg and i am still recieving the same error.

in my attempt to fix this problem i have ensured that the page.php file is writeable and the the directory is 777.
it still give my the same error.

any help would be really be really helpful.

btw i did contact flv producer and i have followed the instructions that they have given to me.

i wanted to make sure that i did all that i could before i asked for help
