“Has empty cart” is not working

    I‘m trying out your plugin and noticed today that the condition “Has empty cart” is not working for logged-out users coming to the site.

    isn’t that condition supposed to be valid anyway for an empty cart?

    I need to show and hide an element on the cart page based on this condition. But right now it’s only working when testing on the site I‘m logged into.
