GZIP compression and Browser Caching not enabled

Hello,
I’ve installed the plugin and reviewed its settings to make sure that (Enable GZIP compression) and (Leverage Browser Caching) are both enabled, yet the Google PageSpeed insights test shows that gzip Compression as well as Browser caching are not enabled.
Please help.
